Account Supervisor (Agriculture Portfolio)

Position Summary: The Account Supervisor (ASUP) is a pivotal role within our public relations firm, providing tactical support and leadership in the production and delivery of all PR products.. The ASUP is responsible for the seamless execution of PR strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and the highest quality of service.
The Account Supervisor will lead our agriculture portfolio, leveraging specialized experience with Capitol Hill or federal agencies to drive policy-focused communications and strategic engagement. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert for our agriculture clients, translating complex policy initiatives into effective, actionable PR strategies. You may serve in a support role for the firm’s non-agriculture clients, depending on workload and current client roster.

Key Responsibilities:
Tactical Support & Execution: Collaborate with ASUPs and leadership to develop and implement comprehensive PR plans. Oversee the production of PR materials, ensuring they align with client objectives and firm standards.
Client Engagement: Act as a liaison between clients and the firm, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates on project progress.
Leadership: Guide and mentor PR & Marketing Specialists and other support staff in their roles, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Independent Operation: Manage day-to-day activities independently, with the ability to make tactical decisions that contribute to the success of client projects.
Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of PR products and services, intervening when necessary to address issues and maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence.
Strategic Input: Provide insights and recommendations to Account Executives and ASUPs to enhance campaign strategies and client satisfaction.
Follow the company's standard operating procedures and uphold the values of integrity, empathy, wisdom, teamwork, and family.

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, policy, public relations, political science, communications, or a related field. (A background in public relations/communications is a plus but not required.)
Professional experience in the agriculture sector, particularly with Capitol Hill, association, or federal agencies (e.g., experience at USDA or as a legislative associate for a Committee on Agriculture) is highly desired.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision.

The Account Supervisor's performance will be evaluated based on four key areas. Each KPI is weighted by importance, and each weight affects your bonus allocation:
Innovation & Creativity (20%): You will track the number of innovative ideas and creative solutions you propose and implement for our clients' campaigns and internally to EPR. Your ability to think outside the box and bring fresh perspectives is highly valued.
Team Collaboration & Leadership (30%): Your ability to effectively lead and collaborate with your team is essential. We will gather informal feedback from your peers, clients, and team members, as well as consider the owner's feedback regarding your contribution to achieving company objectives.
Client Acquisition Contribution (15%): Your role in acquiring new clients is crucial. We will assess your involvement in pitching, proposal development, networking efforts, and drafting proposals that lead to new business opportunities. We expect you to participate in all discovery calls with potential clients.
Assignment Completion Rate (35%): Your efficiency and effectiveness in managing and delivering client projects and deliverables on time is critical. You will track the number of assignments and deliverables you complete within the expected timeframe.
By evaluating your performance in these key areas, we can gain a comprehensive understanding of your contributions to Evocati PR and identify areas for potential growth and development.

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Enrollment in a SIMPLE IRA plan through Charles Schwab, managed by Juncture Wealth Management, with a 3% employer match.
Paid time off for all Federal Holidays, one floating holiday, 120 hours of PTO, and 40 hours of paid sick leave, with no waiting period.
Optional enrollment in a comprehensive healthcare plan administered through Gusto, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employer contributions towards the cost of healthcare coverage are available.
The employee may receive a performance-based bonus of up to 10% of their annual salary. This bonus is contingent upon the successful completion of key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue generated by the employee, and the overall financial performance of the company.
The total compensation range is estimated at $65,000 - $77,000 annually.

Web Development Consultant

Position: Web Development Consultant
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: $75.00 per hour
Summary of Services
The Web Development Consultant is a self-employed professional who provides web development services to Evocati PR and its clients on a project basis. The consultant will be responsible for a range of services as defined by project deliverables outlined in the Evocati PR Management System (Airtable). This role requires a high degree of autonomy and professional judgment.

The consultant will undertake and complete specific projects and deliverables in a timely manner and as outlined and assigned through the Evocati PR Management System (Airtable). Responsibilities include:
Website Development & Design: This encompasses the full lifecycle of web projects, from initial consultation and planning to coding, programming, design for optimal user experience, and publishing the site. This encompasses features like forms, donations/fundraising, and e-commerce capabilities.
Website Maintenance & Security: The consultant will perform regular updates, bug fixes, and security measures, including implementing SSL certificates and conducting regular backups, in addition to any other needs of Evocati PR or the client’s request.
Content Management & SEO: Services include updating website content as directed by clients and optimizing that content for SEO, including keyword research and meta tags.
Analytics: Setting up tracking tools like Google Analytics and monitoring website performance.
Collaborate Effectively: As a web expert, the consultant is expected to aid Evocati PR employees in discussions to ensure clients receive a high-quality product that is optimized for users and search engines. The consultant should also be able to suggest design formats and best practices to fulfill the client’s needs.
Professionalism: While a remote position, the consultant must remain professional in their communication and interactions with Evocati PR employees, contractors, and clients. This includes emails, direct chats and other written communication, as well as
Availability: The consultant must be available between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm (EST). The consultant may be required to attend team meetings for project coordination. However, the consultant maintains discretion over the method and manner in which the work is performed (as long as it aligns with the client’s needs, technical capabilities, and timeline), with Evocati PR controlling the final product.

At least 5 years of web development experience
Experience using a variety of different web development platforms
Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies
Experience integrating donations, fundraising, and e-commerce platforms into a website
Experience integrating third-party tools and APIs (e.g., payment processors, CRMs, marketing automation)
Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG) to ensure sites are inclusive
Practical knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Google Search Console)
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and other performance-tracking tools
Strong understanding of design principles to ensure websites are both appealing, functional, and user-friendly
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished work with minimal rounds of edits
Ability to provide creative input and strategic recommendations tailored to client goals

Compensation: The starting hourly rate is $75.00. The consultant is responsible for tracking and reporting all hours worked in Gusto, Evocati PR’s payroll platform.
Financial Independence: As an independent contractor, the consultant is solely responsible for all self-employment taxes, withholdings, and other statutory or contractual obligations. No reimbursements for equipment such as computers, cell phones, or internet access are authorized.
Autonomy: The consultant has control over their own work schedule and may offer their services to the general public and work for multiple clients simultaneously.
Required Tools: The consultant must use their own equipment, including a computer, cell phone, and internet access.
Required Agreements: The selected candidate will be required to execute a Contract for Services and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Evocati PR.

As the primary interface between the firm and clients, the AE maintains robust relationships and ensures seamless communication and service delivery.

Strategic Leadership
Provide strategic direction and oversight for the development and execution of public relations and marketing campaigns on behalf of clients.
Lead and mentor a team of Account Supervisors, PR & Marketing Specialists, and contractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Follow and contribute to the firm's Standard Operating Procedures.
Familiarize themselves with and adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Evocati PR Employee Handbook.

Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Serve as a lead contributor to the solicitation and capture of future business clients for the firm.
Operational Excellence
Oversee the delivery of all PR products and services, ensuring quality standards are met and value is delivered to clients.
Independently manage daily operational tasks, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously while achieving set objectives.
Demonstrate proficiency in relevant tools like Meltwater, Airtable, Jasper.AI, and Google Workspace.
The employee will be expected to adhere to Evocati PR's social media policy when representing the company online.
Reporting and Analysis
Regularly report on campaign progress and results to the CEO and clients, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Analyze PR outcomes and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
