  • Yes, each contract we sign with a client includes a warranty on our work.

  • We will work with you to develop Objectives/Key Results (OKRs) and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that define success before we begin serving you. Success is often defined differently by each client. So, we make a point by starting each prospective client engagement with one simple question: What does success look like to you?

  • While dependent on the KPIs we define, you can expect Evocati PR to deliver on the products assigned, pitch to media on a consistent basis, monitor and report media and traditional hits daily, provide strategic oversight and execution of your campaigns, be available in a time of crisis, and much more. We provide quarterly Insight Reports to clients showcasing the effectiveness of our work.

  • In addition to weekly or biweekly sync meetings with senior staff at Evocati PR, all client work is conducted via a cloud collaboration software that is a fully customizable database. Clients are given access to a custom portal where they are able to view, assign, and collaborate on work products such as press releases, graphic designs, media advisories, one-pagers, etc.

    Clients are also given access to a campaign and event calendar to input, track, and collaborate on all its campaigns with Evocati PR. Clients are able to assign work and input campaigns as far out on the calendar as they want—doing so helps us anticipate your needs and our workload.

    We collaborate in real time. Doing so is more efficient than relying on email inboxes to create and complete work.
