Mark Szymanski is the Chief Executive Officer at Evocati PR with more than two decades of experience in communications strategy for corporate, non-profit, and association partners. He previously served as communications director for Student Veterans of America, the veteran public relations campaign Got Your 6, and Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America.

Prior to his work with the veteran and military community, Mark served as chief speechwriter for the administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, worked on state and national political campaigns, and served as communications director for the National Potato Council. In 2018-19, he stepped away from PR to pursue his dream job of becoming a craft brewer, working for two commercial breweries in the D.C. area.

Mark is the son of a Vietnam War veteran and the brother and uncle of U.S. Marine Corps veterans. He lives in Fairfax, Virginia, with his wife Elly, and their kids, Sydney and Zeke.
