In Case you Missed it: The Potato Expo was a Massive Hit

Earlier this month, we joined the National Potato Council in Austin, TX for the Potato Expo 2024. This local FOX Station joined us for three fantastic segments covering the industry!

This Show was HUGE

Potato Expo 2024, put on by Evocati PR client the National Potato Council, broke many records in Austin this week. Most attended? Check. Most exhibited? Check. Largest show? Check.

With 2,320 attendees and 216 exhibitors inside the 100,000 sq. ft. exhibit hall, this trade show was the largest in the event's 16-year history. The cherry on top? Well, we have two. First, 2024 featured the largest-ever Expo outside of Las Vegas. We didn't know how it could surpass that, but it blew it out of the water. Secondly, we're in Las Vegas next year, and have our sights set on yet another record-breaking year.

During the show, FOX 7 Austin hit the floor. In segments with NPC CEO Kam Quarles, Potatoes USA Culinary Director RJ Harvey, and local business owner Fox Packaging CEO Aaron Fox, the importance of the Expo was on full display.

Viva Las Papas
