Leading the Conversation

One of our newest clients, MilitaryConnected.org, signed on this fall and is already leading a national conversation.

In a recent thought leadership article, Interim Executive Director Jonathan Fermin-Robbins explains why American business needs to be military-ready, not just military friendly. He also outlines three things all businesses can do to be military-ready and support the military-connected community.

"American businesses have a tremendous opportunity to not only address the issue of underemployment among our nation’s heroes, but also benefit from their invaluable skills and experiences. By being military ready, businesses can tap into this exceptional talent pool and foster long-lasting careers."

Improving the Lives of America's Military-Connected Community

The nonprofit has since launched its holistic approach to improving the lives of America's military-connected community through employer education, talent engagement, and data-driven research.

The op-ed was picked up by Military Times sister publications (Army Times, Navy Times, Air Force Times, and Federal Times) and Yahoo! News garnering a reach of nearly 65M impressions.
